Launching PLAATO Batch Reports
Easy Anomaly Detection Across Recipes
Easy Anomaly Detection with Batch Reports
Introducing Batch Reports
With PLAATO Pro you can now get automatic batch reports sent to your email after a fermentation is finished, containing a summary of the most important fermentation events and data points comparing the just finished batch to the recipe benchmark.
Make data-driven decisions and improve your recipes and processes, ensuring higher quality and more consistent outcomes.
Understand Recipe Trends
Your batch report will contain detailed information on how your current batch is trending according to previous batches of the same recipe.
Quickly detect anomalies between batches: Track and compare ABV, OG, FG across one recipe.
Track turnover and volume: Understanding differences in time to fermentation is complete.
Optimize quality: Make data-driven decisions to refine your recipes and processes, ensuring higher quality and more consistent outcomes.
How to use Batch Reports
Complete a Batch: Users must complete a batch on PLAATO Cloud. This ensures that all necessary data is captured accurately.
Generate Reports: A 'Batch Report' button will appear inside the Batch Notes section in a Batch it is finished (Reached its end date). Clicking this button initiates the creation of a detailed report.
Review Insights: The Batch Report provides comprehensive insights, including key metrics and comparisons with previous batches of the same recipe. Users can review this data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Take Action: With this information, users can adjust their brewing process, tweak recipes, and track the impact of these changes in subsequent batches.

Analyse trends compared to recipe benchmark
Get detailed ABV trends over time saved to your recipe. Understand how changes in the recipe impact ABV and detect anomalies.
How long does your fermentation take to be completed? Are there any differences in total tank time? See if for example different yeast generations impact the end of fermentation timeline.
Batch Details
Get a snapshot of your batch details including fermentation activity, temperature, and density data, as well as a historic records of all batches created.
